The proxy form is also available via the link below, if you can’t make it but would like to give someone your vote. It must be mailed in or emailed in before the meeting. If you wish to have a place on the Committee (it doesn’t have to be the Prez, Vice People do a lot less work!), the nomination form is also available below.
